Low Carb Banana Pancakes

- 3 large free-range eggs
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 140 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 115 g of protein powder (for the not so low carb version you can take 115 g of plain flour)
- Hint of salt
- Hand full of berries to serve
Instructions
Combine protein powder, chia seeds, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, milk and bananas.
Stir the protein powder mixture into the banana mixture.
Set aside for 10 minutes to let the chia seeds soak.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat.
Serve with berries, yoghurt or whatever crosses your mind.
